Common Issues

Cards wrong size

Print at 100% / Actual Size; disable shrink/enlarge.

Blurry text

Run nozzle clean; use highest quality mode; select correct media profile; ensure proper upscale settings.

Ink smears / wheel marks

Disable high-speed printing; reduce ink density; enable Thick Paper mode; try matte profile; use better media.

True black not printing

Use printers with pigment black ink; install manufacturer drivers; use OEM ink and media.

1Power on the printer; when the print head moves to position, unplug the power. Open the lid.
2Place an alcohol-wet paper towel under the print head using a long swab; slide gently to clean the nozzles.
3Wait 5 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate, power up the printer, then run a test sheet.
